New Levels
To unlock the three extra levels you need to beat a certain amount of levels with all artifacts found:
Ancient City: Collect all artifacts from The Well of souls to The Temple Of Kali
Warehouse: Collect all the artifacts from Free the Slaves to Temple of the Grail
Young Indy: Collect all artifacts from The Lost Temple to The City of Danger
