Midway Loses $100M in 2007, Company Remains Upbeat
Unfortunately for publisher Midway, things on the financial side of the spectrum aren't exactly what you'd call peachy. The company yesterday revealed its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year, ending on December 31, 2007.

UT3 PS3 Mod Support Not Ready
PS3 owners who purchased Unreal Tournament 3 expecting to try out PC mods are going to have to wait a bit. Epic Games' Josh Adams says they aren't ready to make this feature available on the PS3 just yet, albeit he did add the developer is working hard to deliver it as soon as possible.

Epic Games' vice president, Mark Rein, says the development team working on Unreal Tournament 3 is shooting for a November release, but he still doesn't know whether they will make that deadline: We do not know exactly when the game will be completed.

Epic Announces Modding on the PS3, New China Studio
The folks from Gamasutra have caught up with Epic Games' Tim Sweeney at the Tokyo Games Show. Tim reveals, amongst other things, that Sony's online service will allow Epic's users to create Unreal Tournament 2007 levels and content on the PC, and distribute them via the PlayStation 3.
